Naslov predavanja: Persistent Recurrence for Unimodal Maps
Abstract: There are many types of recurrence in the family of unimodal maps. We discuss the concept of persistent recurrence with the goal of better understanding how persistent recurrence relates to various topological properties of the map. We utilize kneading maps and Hofbauer towers, tools developed by F. Hofbauer and G. Keller in the 1970s and 1980s, to explore persistent recurrence.
